Exchange Policy
You have 3 business days from the date you receive your order. A receipt must be provided at the time of the exchange. Please email SophisticatedBundles@yahoo.com regarding your exchange request. We do not accept any items not in its original condition. Any exchange items must be unopened, not altered, not worn or damaged in any way. All hair tags and packaging must be included with the exchange. Hair labels must not be broken, if broken, exchanges will be null and void. NO EXCEPTIONS. Once we have received your return order, we will contact you via email to process the exchange. You are responsible for any exchange shipping fees unless Sophisticated Bundles was the party at fault.
Shipping
Raw Hair: Please allow 2-7 business days to process your order. All orders are shipped through USPS. All packages are insured and require a signature. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If in stock, orders usually ship within 7-10 business days.
Virgin hair: Please allow 2--3 business days to process your order. All orders are shipped through USPS. All packages are insured and require a signature. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If in stock, orders usually ship within 3--5 business days.
Please be mindful of weekends and holidays when placing your order.
