1. What is Virgin Hair?
Virgin Hair is hair that has not been dyed, bleached, permed, straightened or chemically treated in anyway.
2. What is Raw Hair?
Raw hair is hair that is completely unprocessed, chemical free, cuticle aligned hair. No Matting. Hair is purely from one donor. Raw hair can also be steamed and still classified as raw hair. How? It can be steamed without the use of chemicals to keep the hair in its raw form; this is done to create a type of wave or curl more desired. Our Exotic, Ocean, and Natural raw waves have been steamed with NO CHEMICALS to create this desired look. Our raw silky straight is still in its purest form.
3.Can the Hair be dyed or bleached?
Yes, the hair can by dyed or bleached to any color of your choice. However, we suggest having a professional (licensed stylist) to dye and/or bleach the hair.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Due to the high demands of our products, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Your order has entered the processing system. No cancellations will be accepted.
5. Can I order my hair over the phone?
All orders must be placed online only. This is due to inventory purposes.
6. What is your shipping Policy?
Please allow 2-3 business day to process your order. All orders are shipped through USPS. All packages require a signature. NO EXCEPTIONS. If in stock, orders usually take 2-5 business days. Please be mindful of weekends and holidays when placing your order. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, NO EXCEPTIONS. No Express Shipping is available at this time.

8. What is your Exchange Policy?
You have 3 business days from the date you receive your order. A receipt must be provided at the time of the exchange. Please email regarding your exchange request. We do not accept any items not in its original condition. Any exchange items must be unopened, not altered, not worn or damaged in any way. All hair tags and packaging must be included with the exchange. Hair labels must not be broken, if broken, exchanges will be null and void. NO EXCEPTIONS. Once we have received your return order, we will contact you via email to process the exchange. You are responsible for any exchange shipping fees unless Sophisticated Bundles was the party at fault.
9. Sales and Promotions
We may offer sales and promotions on certain occasions, please understand that all items purchased on sale or with promotional codes are FINAL SALES. There will be no refunds or exchanges on ANY items purchased during a sale.
